As opportunities come via technology, some no longer need to uproot from their friends and family to improve economic and quality of life outcomes. Less daily commuting means less carbon emissions and reduced greenhouse gases. Greater workforce diversity and participation, with many who do not fit into the traditional models. A focus on up to date skills based learning for the jobs of tomorrow and not past multi year degrees. Revitalization of rural and urban communities that benefit from more distributed workers, circulating revenues and improved infrastructure.
To do this, we are building the tools, culture, processes, education and platform to recruit, train and develop gifted people. In turn, this diverse talent pool will attract capable others and build a better organization.
We seek practical answers to some significant, hard and important questions. The world needs new ways forward and it is less likely to happen without a committed group of capable people. We need you.
